  • Landscaping and Garden Design: Patios and pathways, fencing and decking, planting and turfing, water features, garden maintenance.

  • Tree Surgery: Tree felling and removal, crown thinning and reduction, stump grinding, hedge trimming.

  • Fencing: Wooden, vinyl, and metal fencing, fence repairs and replacements.

3. User Eligibility
To use our website and/or services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You may not use this website if prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.


4. Service Agreements

  • When you engage Ground Up Property Services for a service, you will enter into a separate service agreement outlining the scope of work, pricing, and payment terms. This agreement will be provided to you before any work commences.

  • We may require a deposit before commencing work.

  • You are responsible for providing access to your property at the agreed-upon times to allow us to carry out the work effectively.

5. Payment

  • Payment for services is due upon completion of work. 

  • We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit card, bank transfer.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel a service with 2 days' notice. Cancellations with less than 2 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • You may reschedule a service with 2 days' notice. Rescheduling with less than 2 days' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities unless we have been provided with accurate location information prior to the commencement of work.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Ground Up Property Services and is protected by copyright law.
